Tracking Information

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Contacting your local delivery office
We will assist where possible, but responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier once delivery is confirmed.
Because all items are made to order, we are only able to modify or cancel orders within a short window after purchase.
